Metzger Outdoors was created by two brothers–Micah and Matt Metzger. They don't make a single dollar on these events. Metzger Outdoors exists for the following reasons:

So you're interested in joing a race?
First things first...
Putting on these races does cost money. To keep these races going, we charge a few bucks to add cool things to the races.
Time for training...
We usually give enough warning of an upcoming race to allow everyone to step up their game.. or watch more TV. It's your call.

Show up to the race with the proper gear. See ya there!
